Who better to have in her corner than you, dear friend, when beginning this journey of writing for the masses. Just when I think I want to give up because I feel totally clueless and stupid, you swoop in with just the right kind words of encouragement and make me believe in myself again.

I'm not a trained writer, but for some reason I was born to write. Thank you for standing by me. Your belief in me and your helping me to always find the humor in everything has been a blessing!

Shari, your insight is so right! Blogging is a lot like the movie "Field of Dreams"--"Build it, and they will come." Of course, deciding what to put in that field poses the real challenge. Writing teachers always instruct novice writers to write about subjects they know best, which will eventually lead to their passion and often a self-discovery, making it all the more gratifying. It seems like such easy advice, but as often happens, the most obvious solution needs to be pointed out by someone less close to the issue. So Shari, thanks so much for the advice, guidance, and encouragement!

Shari, you are the best cheerleader a girl can ask for! You've been through my ups and downs, yet you always have an encouraging word making me feel like my story will impact others. Trusting myself and my creation has been a challenge, but with you by my side I know "anything is possible." As you always say... Keep writing! I am forever indebted to you, my friend.

You nailed it, Shari. It IS about your passion and then just putting it out there. That was the biggest hurdle for me -- giving myself permission to write about what I love. Once I took that first step, though, the next was easier. Show the world what you love, what you care deeply about. And thanks, Shari, for all of your amazing help in this!
